For the best, fullest look:

• Down/Feather Inserts: Size up by 2 inches.
  
  Example: A 22" pillow cover should be paired with a 24" down/feather insert.
  
  This gives the pillow a plump, luxurious shape.
  
• Poly-Filled Inserts: Keep the same size as your pillow cover.
  
  Example: A 22" pillow cover should use a 22" poly insert.
  
  Poly inserts are already firm and don’t need the extra sizing.

Return Policy

• Eligibility: In-stock items may be returned for store credit if you request authorization within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back within 7 days.
  
• Condition: Items must be unused, insert removed, and in original packaging. All returns are inspected upon arrival.
  
• Shipping Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping. You may use any carrier or request a return label.
